In Man and the City, industrial materialscombine with Provençal sandsand ochre pigments, creating a powerful work where technological historymeets the timelessness of universal symbols. The assemblage is precise, intuitive, and vibrant: it offers a new interpretation of the contemporary world.
Telephone, record, bicycle cassette, steel, wood... various industrial objects were chosen for this striking piece. A mobile phone, its flap opening and closing, speaks of the passage of time. The whole piece presents aliving smile in the shape of a face.
