Shipping policy

Each work sold on shop.tapiezo.com is treated with special care, both in its creation and in its shipping. To ensure secure transport that is appropriate for the value of the artworks, François Tapiézo has partnered with DHL Express, a carrier renowned for its expertise in the field of original and valuable works of art.

 

Payment and shipping arrangements

The price displayed when you place your order corresponds to the price of the artwork alone, including its certificate of authenticity. Once payment has been confirmed, we will calculate the exact shipping costs, which depend on several criteria:

– the size and weight of the artwork

– the delivery location (France, Europe, international)

– the declared value for transport insurance

You will then receive a detailed quote for the shipping costs by email before dispatch. This amount must be paid separately before shipment.

 

Delivery times and tracking

Preparation times vary between 2 and 5 business days. Once your shipment has been picked up by DHL Express, the estimated delivery time is generally 1 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment so that you can track your artwork at every stage.


Professional packaging

Since 1999, François Tapiézo has partnered with DHL Express. Artworks are protected in reinforced packaging lined with polystyrene to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The packaging is designed to withstand the most demanding transport conditions.

 

Hand delivery available

For unusual sizes or specific requests, hand delivery or delivery by private carrier can be arranged. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss the best options together.
