Refund policy

If the artwork does not inspire your spouse, François Tapiézo will accept its return in its original packaging with protective polystyrene. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of shipping with insurance will be deducted from your future purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with its certificate, and carefully placed back in its original packaging, including the protective polystyrene. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
