These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website shop.tapiezo.com, owned by François Tapiézo, painter and sculptor, whose art gallery is located at 39 rue Richard Casteau, 84220 Roussillon, France. By ordering a work of art on our website, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. The website is hosted on Shopify and payments are secure.
The works presented are all original creations by François Tapiézo. Each piece is unique, signed, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes, excluding delivery costs. They take into account the artist's official rating, referenced by Akoun, Drouot, and Artprice.
The availability of the works is guaranteed at the time of ordering. In the event of exceptional unavailability after validation, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative solution or a refund.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering via the secure methods offered on our website. The order is considered final after payment has been validated.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering based on your address. Shipping is provided by a specialized carrier with integrated insurance. The works are carefully packaged in protective polystyrene, in a sturdy package suitable for art pieces.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 5 and 12 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. In the event of an unusual delay, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt, under the conditions specified in our return policy. François Tapiézo also accepts returns of artwork, provided that it is returned in its original packaging with protective polystyrene. The sender is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of shipping with insurance will be deducted from your future purchase.
The works remain the property of François Tapiézo until full payment for the order has been received. Any reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of the works presented on the website is prohibited.
